Tokyomods Yamaha Wetsump Kit

The Tokyomods Wet Sump Kit for the Yamaha YZF 250 is a  lighter than stock replacement for the OEM Dry Sump System.

The Tokyomods Wet Sump Kit reduces the overall weight of the bike by 3 pounds (1.3 Kilograms) resulting in a significant improvement in the handling of the bike, as a direct result of the weight reduction.  

Weight reduction is accomplished by removing the external oil tank, oil lines and other related hardware from the engine. This also helps to eliminate the possibility of damage to the tank or oil lines causing oil loss and ultimately engine failure.

Currently all of the top American Yamaha factory and satellite race teams use the wet sump system on their race machines, now you can too.

Note - this is a high performance modification and is not for the casual rider.

Strict maintenance must be adhered to as engine oil capacity is lower with this mod.

Remove your neutral switch sensor and eliminate weight on your YZ250F. Our billet block off plate is anodized blue and includes a new o-ring for a leak free seal. Neutral Switch Cover is the largest of the blue anodized parts in above photo.
