All you need to do to enter is fill in your details on the entry card found inside every Hammerhead Designs Product purchased through an Australian or New Zealand Dealer and send in to be entered into the prize Draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to
   • Customers who purchase any Hammerhead designs Inc products from Australian or New Zealand Retailers. 
   • Multiple entries are valid with multiple purchases

How to Enter:

1. Obtain an entry form with any purchase of Hammerhead products available at leading Motorcycle stores across Australia and New Zealand. Entry forms will be inside every Hammerhead product pack.  Consumers fill out the coupon with their, name, address, email and phone detail and mail to: Po Box 378 Fairfield Victoria 3078. 
2. The Promotion period commences at 9.00 am AEST on the 1^st of December 2009 and closes on the 31^st May 2010 at 23:59 AEST.
3. The Prizes will be drawn and witnessed by an independent person at 5.00 PM on 15^th June 2010 at The Lavish bar 150 Station Street Fairfield Vic 3078.
4. The first 3 valid entries drawn in the prize draw will win. The 1^st valid entry wins 1x Troy Lee Designs  McGrath edition Helmet and signed Troy Lee Jersey valued at $600.00.  2^nd Valid Entry 1 x Troy Lee Designed McGrath edition Helmet valued at $400 And 3^rd Valid Entry, 1 Hammerhead $400.00 product voucher.  Total Prize Pool is $1,400.00 inc.GST.  
5. Winners will be published in The Australian on 18^th June 2010
6. Winners will be notified by mail sent to the address provided on the entry form. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the Winners a further Unclaimed Prize Draw witnessed by an independent person will be conducted on 15^th September 5.00 at The Lavish bar 150 Station Street Fairfield Vic 3078 .
7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winners will be published in The Australian on 17^th September 2010.
9. Employees and immediate families of the Promotor are ineligible to enter.
10. Unless otherwise notified, the promoter may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes
11. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion. 
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
13. Subject to relevant authorities, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with another prize of equal or greater value.
14. Prizes will be delivered to individual winners (at the address provided on the entry form).
15. The Prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
16. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of any such images and photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs.
17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned; whether caused by infection of computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
